Hey, SSZ Family!
My name is Zhallana, better known as "Z". I am 24 years old, I'm from Tampa, Fl and my passion is physical activity. We offer athletic wear for men and women. Alongside, with graphics tees, fashion wear, and more! We believe in being able to express yourself and do what you love while looking good in every aspect of life.
My Story
Since I was a kid, over the years, I have been gymnastics, I ran track, played volleyball and been in weightlifting. So sports are things I genuinely enjoy. When my dad passed in 2019, it put me in a dark place. I felt like I really lost myself; I put on some weight and just did not care about anything. With physical activity being my therapy; I started working out again and I started gaining my confidence back. No matter how hard I looked I could not find a certain garment to fulfill my need. It was a hit and miss every time. That is why I decided to create Self-SufficienZ. As time goes on, I want to be able to satisfy the needs of those that were missing what I was missing.
Inspiration Behind SSZ's Symbol
One day, I was just taking some time to get know myself better with hobbies and interests I enjoy doing; also while being able to freely express myself. Fashion, sports, and physical activities really bring out the tranquility in me. So that's how I decided on athletic wear and once I figured that out I needed something that could depict what I stand for and believe in. I took some time, looked up symbols and noticed there is a lot of the same symbols but with multiple meanings. I chose what had the most inner impression on me. SelfSufficienZ represents: Evolution (^), Faith (>), Peace (v), and No Bad Vibes (<).
